Competition Clutch stage 5 clutch kit for Honda D15, D16, and D17 SOHC engines. The clutch kit comes complete with a performance pressure plate, a 4 puck solid ceramic disc, release bearing, pilot bearing, and a clutch alignment tool. Each disc features 8 high-coefficient ceramic pads for quick engagement and extreme duty friction. Competition Clutch's specifically designed high torque disc delivers maximum holding capacity without compromise. The four pucks reduce the area of contact with the pressure plate resulting in an increase in pressure per area from the plate on each puck. Therefore increasing the torque capacity and preventing slippage under load. The unsprung disc is lighter than its sprung counterpart, helping reduce rotational mass in the drive train. The absence of a sprung assembly also provides a harder engagement. Pressure plate load: 1500lbs. Disc size and spline 212 x 7/8 x 20T. 300 mile break in is recommended. Rated at 375 torque at the wheels. Pressure plate bolt set included.
